Raw food the day before and on the day of the ceremony itself provides a comfortable transition.<br><br>Fasting days can also be scheduled weeks before the dance to slowly get to know this state and to have a familiar experience available. It is relatively important to arrive at the ceremony well rested and centered. Two days before and two days after the ceremony should be enough time to adjust to the process.And of course, drinking plenty of water before the ceremony helps!
